I led the end-to-end design of Newton’s first AI agent, translating onchain AI agents into an intuitive, verifiable experience. I shipped the MVP in a 14-day design sprint; within two weeks of launch it processed $1M+ in total transaction volume, 83k transactions, and 48k agents created.
I led research, product strategy, UX, and post-launch iteration for Magic’s developer onboarding. The redesigned developer journey, documentation information architecture, Quick Start guide, dashboard onboarding, and welcome emails resulted in 272% API key activations and 2x SDK downloads.
I redesigned subscription pricing, checkout, upgrade, and downgrade experiences through user research. The new design increased revenue by 200% without marketing campaigns, and 40% of users who started a trial converted to paying customers.
I established a rapid research program at Magic as its only user researcher, leading projects on developer onboarding, product naming, pricing, brand perception, and blockchain trends.
I researched and designed an iOS navigation app for visually impaired people, including location search, destination navigation, current-location identification, and navigation history. We tested a working demo with more than 30 visually impaired people and won the RedDot Design Award and the CHI Student Design Competition.
